It's been a while since I've had a music post - and it is only fair that I would make one about Adele.
Oh Adele - how do I describe her music? She has this amazing voice; the kind that gets you deep inside, and makes you cry for no reason.
Her lyrics are powerful, and you will somehow relate to every word.
I knew some of her old songs, but her new album, 21, is just plain amazing. I'm sure you have all heard her song Rolling in the Deep; but this isn't the song I chose for the post.
When I first listened to her new album, I felt like EVERY SONG spoke to me. Somehow, I was able to go back to certain moments/times of my life, and felt like I could relate to every word she was singing.
The song I chose is called Someone Like You. Unfortunately, she does not have a video out yet, so this is her singing it live at the BRIT awards. I definitely recommend you listening to the album version as well.

ReplyDeleteI am beyond obsessed with Adele. Her cd has been playing nonstop in my cd player since it came out. My sister and I waited for 3 hours (in the rain) to try and get into her sold out concert while we were in Denver. One day....
